 Client Management stores information about clients, pictures and personal data (such as birthdays, anniversaries, address, telephone numbers etc.) and information pertaining to their purchases of services and retail products.  It provides for recording and retrieval of an unlimited number of chemical records for each client.  Client Management also tracks retention ratios, new client generation and retention, and the success of promotional activities both in terms of the number of new clients and sales dollars generated.

Client Marketing can be a most valuable part of the Star System because it's purpose is to generate new revenue and clients for the salon.  By simultaneously applying up to 24 different selection criteria, Client Marketing searches the client database to find only those clients that match the selection criteria and enable a salon to target a market.  Once the client’s are identified, Easy Marketing & Mailing may be used to broadcast emails, print mailing labels and print lists of clients.
