Client Management & Appointment Scheduling
Client Management stores information about clients, including personal data (such as birthdays, anniversaries, address, telephone numbers etc.) and information pertaining to their purchases of services and retail products. It provides for recording and retrieval of an unlimited number of chemical records for each client. Included in Client Management is an integrated appointment scheduling system that feeds information to the Point of Sale routine about a client's scheduled services. The on-line appointment book color codes each client's name to visually illustrate the appointment's status as: booked, called, confirmed, checked-in,serviced, checked-out, or followed up. It is also visually apparent on the appointment booking screen where in the middle of one appointment, a stylist may be re-booked with a second client while the first is processing. Client Management also tracks retention ratios, new client generation and retention, and the success of promotional activities both in terms of the number of new clients and sales dollars generated.
