Service Charts make it easy to add multiple servcies quickly to a ticket.  Select the Service
Group.  Select the employee.  Then just check the services to be added to the ticket.

Star System supports up to three unique "Rewards Clubs".  Build client loyalty by rewarding client for their purchases with free services and products.

Manufacturer Charts make it easy to add multiple retail products to a ticket.  Select an
employee.  Select a Manufacturer.  Then enter the quantities of each retail product purchased.

Helpful functions include a "Find First Available Appointment"

Complete the details of the desired appointment:  services requested, which days of the week are acceptable, within what time of day and the system will respond
accordingly.
 

Easy Ticket

Easy Ticket provides a mechanism to quickly to check-out your client and immediately capture all the information relating to that salon visit.  It integrates with Client Management, Inventory Control, Client Marketing, Payroll, Sales Management and the Appointment System.

Client Management & Appointment Scheduling

    Client Management stores information about clients, including personal data (such as birthdays, anniversaries, address, telephone numbers etc.) and information pertaining to their purchases of services and retail products.  It provides for recording and retrieval of an unlimited number of chemical records for each client.
    Included in Client Management is an integrated appointment scheduling system that feeds information to the Point of Sale routine about a client's scheduled services.  The on-line appointment book color codes each client's name to visually illustrate the appointment's status
as:  booked, called, confirmed, checked-in,serviced, checked-out, or followed up.
    It is also visually apparent on the appointment booking screen where in the middle of one appointment, a stylist may be re-booked with a second client while the first is processing.
    Client Management also tracks retention ratios, new client generation and retention, and the success of promotional activities both in terms of the number of new clients and sales dollars generated.

Purchasing automates the ordering and receiving of inventory.  It creates an on-line purchase order for each supplier based on the amount of each product that is sold or used. This allows you to receive shipments into inventory on an exception basis, noting only those items that are
backordered, automatically entering the rest.  This can save enormous amounts of time and ensures greater accuracy.
